CHOCOLATE CHIPS BROWNIES (BLONDIES)

INGREDIENTS :

1¾ CUP OF WHITE AND BROWN SUGAR (COMBINE MEASURE HALF AND HALF WHITE AND BROWN)

½ CUP OF MELTED CANNABUTTER

2 EGGS (LARGE)

BANANA BREAD

 INGREDIENTS :

½ CUP BROWN SUGAR

½ CUP WHITE SUGAR

½ CUP OF CANNA BUTTER

2 EGGS

1 CUP CHOPPED NUT

1 CUP OF MASHED BANANAS (3)

1 tsp BAKING POWDER

1 tsp BAKING SODA

1 ¾ CUPS OF FLOUR

PINCH OF SALT

1 tsp VANILLA

DIRECTIONS :

(ADD BAKING SODA TO BANANAS)

CREAM SUGARS AND CANNABUTTER ADD EGGS AND VANILLA

CREAM AGAIN

ADD DRY INGREDIENTS, FLOUR SALT AND POWDER. BANANAS AND SODA AND LASTLY NUTS.

MIX WELL AFTER EACH ADDITION.

BAKE IN GREASED LOAF PAN 350 F.

Note : use the same dough to make muffins

 

1½ CUP OF ALL PURPOSE FLOUR

1 tsp BAKING POWDER

1 tsp SALT

1 tsp VANILLA

¾ CUP OF CHOCOLATE CHIPS

DIRECTIONS :

POUR CANNABUTTER OVER SUGAR ADD EGGS AND BEAT WELL ADD SIFTED DRY INGREDIENTS, VANILLA AND CHOCOLATE CHIPS, BLEND TOGETHER BAKE 350 F. 35 – 45 MINUTES YIELD 16 BROWNIES

CRUNCHIE MYSTERY BAR

INGREDIENTS :

½ Cup of butter (Canna)

½ Cup of packed brown sugar

35 Soda crackers

7 oz Chocolate

70 % chopped or grated

1 Cup Pecan nuts or almonds or salted peanuts (Chopped in small pieces)

DIRECTIONS :

Preheat oven at 400 F.

Mix brown sugar and butter in a pot and cook medium high for 5 minutes or until butter is totally melted, mix occasionally to prevent from over cooking or sticking to the bottom. Bring to a boil and cook 3 more minutes In a lined cooking pan (17 X 11½ x ¾), (Lined with aluminum foil or parchment paper).

Spread the crackers on the lined pan.

Spread the sugar and butter mix on top of the crackers.

Cook for 7 minutes in oven.

Cover the crackers with chocolate immediately after taking the pan out of the oven.

Let rest for 5 minutes or until chocolate is melted then spread and add the nuts on top of the chocolate.

Spread the nuts on top of the chocolate.

Let cool, break and enjoy.
